Are your cleaners insured?

Yes we have, employer liability insurance of £10,000,000, Public Liability insurance of £2,000,000 and Products Liability insurance of £2,000,000. a copy is available on request.

How mach do you charge?

Our fees varies according to the nature of the assignment. We offer major discounts depending the contracts we engage, when you contact us we ask you relevant questions or in commercial cases we arrange with you a free site survey, we promise to guarantee you very competitive price.

Who provides cleaning products, materials and equipments?

We do. All you need to provide is access, water and electrecity

Whathappens if I am dissatisfied with the service?

In the very unlikely event of dissatisfaction, you only need to call us or email us, and you are guaranteed an immediate response from an area manager who will put things right straight away. If customer is not happy with the standard we re-do it at no cost.

When can I contact you?

Our office is open at 8:30am till 8:00pm Monday to Sunday. If you email us or leave a message before or after these times we will reply to you first thing in the morning.

Do you provide janitorial supplies?

Yes we do. Together with the equipments and detergents needed for the cleaning process. We can supply your office with toilet paper, paper hand towels, liquid soap, bin liners, refuse sacks, dishwasher detergents, washing up liquid, kitchen rolls etc. just give us a call and we will provide all your janitorial and hygiene products at very competitive price.

Do you clean computers and hardware?

Yes we do. We use the right products to clean Monitors, CPU base units, fax machines, printers, telephones etc. You can request hardware cleaning when booking for one off cleaning, part off regular cleaning service.

Do you clean before and after working hours ?

Yes we do. We clean 24/7. Whether you are a hotel, Office, House, commercial or public premises etc. We are more than happy to provide cleaning service, just contact us to book your cleaner and we will take care of the rest. Peace of mind guaranteed.
