Terms and Conditions
Regarding Contracts
Our terms and conditions express our contract with clients, therefore you agree that any use of our services composes your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Services
- We are full domestic and commercial cleaning service provide.
- All our cleaners undergo customer service, task mangement and product usage training prior to commencing any service with you.

If the client is not happy with the standard our service or any of our cleaners we will be very quick to correct it, maintain and deliver the very high standard we always promise.
- We guarantee to provide a temporary cleaner in the event of sickness or holiday.
- A client must not by-pass Qodax Services with the intention of employing any of our cleaners permanently.
- All our cleaners are fully vetted
The Fees
- Contracts more than a week must be paid in-advance.
- As soon as order is booked invoice is issued.
- Clients must return standing orders with-in five days of service
- Personal Cheques are not excepted. Only business cheques are excepted.
- If a cleaner is solicited to work for the client with the intention of by-passing Qodax Services, then the client will be invoiced a one off fee of £800.
Cancellations
- We require a minimum of two weeks for the cancelation of any of our services, and it must be done so in writting.
- Refunds will not be given for any advanced payment made in the event of cancellation.
- In the event a cleaner can not gain entry to the property or client is not in the property, the client is liable to pay minimum of 3 hours pay.
- Client must give us a minimum of 14 days notice if they are going to be away on holiday or business. Failuture to do so will result no re-funds for those period.
- Client must give us minimum of 10 days notice if they wish to change the date or the day of cleaning.
- Its the clients responsibility to cancel standing order mandates, as Qodax Services is unable to do so.
- Its the clients responsibility to inform us if no services required during bank holiday, easter etc.
- Our cleaners will not perform any cleaning of antique, delicate or valuable items.
- Qodax Services has public liability insurance of upto £1000000 which protects cleints homes against major accidental damage caused by a cleaner whilst on your property. All claims must be notified within 24 hours of the accident.
Complaints procedure
- All comoplaints must be done in writing, emails are acceptable.
- We promise to resolute any complaint upon recieving it.
